A degree of housing security would be welcome. My current landlord has informed me that I need to leave, which has given me a renewed appreciation for the challenges facing renters across the country.
Good transport links are important, as is enough space to work from home on the occasional day. A landlord who communicates clearly and sticks to agreed plans would also be appreciated. Recent experience suggests this cannot be taken for granted.
